Terms & Conditions:
- No exchanges/refunds/claims can be made on promotional products.
- Read the care label inside the garment.
- If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the listed down cost.
- Claims on the previous season’s stock will not be entertained.
- Any claim on the same season will be processed within 15 working days after quality inspection.
- Especially for online shopping:
- If you are not satisfied with your online shopping, return the product and get Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases, within 10 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 10 days of purchase.
- Online Store Credit means you can return your purchase and utilize the same amount for a later purchase. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org call us at (+92) 32 18 44 89 88 to request this. Do quote your order ID.
- Items will be sent back after the request is approved through courier. Shipping costs will not be part of the exchange or claim.
- Shipping costs will only be refunded for online purchases if:
The item was damaged when received by the customer
The wrong item was delivered. Promotional free shipping is being offered. In all other cases, you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.
- An alternative is to exchange the product at Fahad Hussayn Couture store.
- Online orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Email us at email@example.com call us at (+92) 32 18 44 89 88. Do quote your order ID.
